THE FUNERAL INDUSTRY MATRIX and THE LOVE OF MONEY
In 1950 my Grandmother was pregnant with their 13th child, when my Grandfather passed away. The funeral director took the family car to pay for services and burial. My Grandma was with 13 fatherless children and walking.
70 years later my sister had to do a fundraiser to bury her husband, we didn’t raise $14000. My Sister was forced to cremate her husband.
This system won’t fix itself.
It continues today,
The widow eating cat food has a $15,000 insurance plan made payable to the funeral director, because of the love of money.
Embalming fluids, huge concrete and metal containment’s are overpriced, mostly unneeded and destroying our water and land, because of the love of money.
Mayors and county councils, economic development agents, insurance and estate planners dissuade our project insisting the people of their area “do not want to make funerals free”, because of the love of money.
Conservation lands DONATED to “organizations” for “GREEN/natural burials” are $4000. Because of the love of money.
We escape this matrix when we take back our responsibilities, buy land as a collective, care for our own, transport our own and dig our own, the way our Ancestors did.
